From Europe to our local territory, for a more sustainable future! 

Just back from an Erasmus+ project on environmental sustainability held in Braga (Portugal) from April 9th to 16th, some of our young participants took the opportunity to continue their environmental commitment right here at home. 

They did so by joining an event on Sunday, May 12th, organized by MAUS – Movimento Arte Urbana Savese, in collaboration with several local associations engaged in environmental and sustainability efforts.  During the event, held in Manduria’s town square, a collective art installation was created using glass bottles collected in the days before, inspired by Klimt’s artwork “Lovers” . A creative and powerful way to turn waste into meaningful visual messages. At the end of the event, all materials were taken to the local recycling center for proper disposal
