Wellbeing, culture and local connections.
Harmony is an Erasmus+ adult education partnership with Harmony Association in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The experience brings together wellbeing, cultural learning and encounters with local communities.
Three activities shape the programme: yoga and relaxation techniques, a cultural visit to Matera and a meeting with the Pro Loco association in Fragagnano.

The project strengthened MediterrArt’s international co-operation beyond youth exchanges.
